No none of our inserts are worn like a stick on bra. They are bra inserts meant to be worn inside clothing. They are not adhesive.

All styles come as a pair except: Oval Extra Breast Form and Teardrop Breast Form. Those are sold as singles and marked as such on their product pages.

Hand Wash in the sink with mild soap, lay flat to dry or machine wash in an intimated wash bag to protect while washing. Do not put our inserts in the dryer. It will ruin them. Do not iron or use bleach.

No we don't recommend trimming because they are heat sealed, you will break the seal and the inserts will likely peel apart with time. If you need a different size or style, see our website or reach out through chat, email.

Yes our inserts were designed to withstand chlorine and seawater conditions.
