Recommended For: All Bras, Bralettes, Sports Bras, Activewear, Swimsuits, Shelf Bra Camisoles and Dresses.

Inserts must be worn inside clothing such as; sports bras, swimsuits, shelf bra cami, dresses with an under bust elastic, wireless style bras, underwire bras.
If you have divots from chest surgery, these pads can also help to create a smoother shape under your clothing.
Care Instructions
Fabric Content: 82% Polyester 18% Spandex, Cups 100% Polyurethane, Non Slip Bra Inserts Application 100% Medical Grade Silicone
Washing Instructions: Machine wash warm/cold in a delicates bag only or hand wash. Use gentle detergent, no bleach, do not iron or dry clean. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not put inserts in the dryer.
